Presentation: is an engaging educational experience designed for project and quality management professionals. The presentation will focus on key tools that are common between Project Management and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies. Come explore how these tools, associated with the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, can effectively be used to improve project performance.

The seven basic quality tools that will be covered are: (1) SIPOC; (2) Run Chart; (3) Control Chart; (4) Histogram; (5) Pareto Chart; (6) Scatter Plot; and (7) Fishbone.

Participants will learn how to recognize which tool to use to tell a story with data, how to apply data analysis to make informed decisions when solving tough problems and achieve tangible results on projects. In addition, techniques for effectively communicating these results with executives in order to allow them to make informed decisions based on data analysis tools and techniques will be covered. Participants will leave with an introduction to Lean Six Sigma and a fundamental understanding of how to execute projects with quality tools that can assist them in making data driven decisions.
