A discussion of the many sources of advice, help, mentoring, procedure templates, etc available for free on the Internet.  A listing of urls and descriptions will be provided, and an active link list file will be available on the website.              

 Speaker Biography:  Geoffrey Withnell

Geoffrey Withnell is a manager with Bearingpoint, Inc., and is currently assigned as a Master Black Belt at a Department of Defense installation.  He is a CSSBB, CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA, CSQE, and recently earned the PMP credential.  During the preparation for the PMP exam, he noticed the similarities and contrasts of these two BOKs.  Geoff is a Senior Member of ASQ, and is currently the Section 509 Treasurer, and Moderator for the Quality Management Division Discussion Board.
