Program Summary:

The United States Army must answer the Nation’s Call for Defense against the backdrop of an ever changing and increasingly dynamic spectrum of challenges including global force commitments as well as corporate imperatives.  Leveraging business transformation and continuous process improvement methodologies is a critical factor toward achieving the enterprise-level synchronization and efficiencies required for success.  This presentation will highlight some of the greater challenges facing the Army, its history of transformation over the last decade or so, and how business transformation efforts, particularly employment of continuous process improvement thru Lean Six Sigma, is making a difference.
