Saturday mornings from 8am to Noon.   

Dates:  Course will run 6 weeks from August 18  - September 29.  Actual dates August 18, 25, September 8, 15, 22, 29.  (note – no class on September 1,  Labor Day Weekend))  

Campus Location: South Instructional Building, Classroom to be announced.

Tuition: $395 payable to ASQ 509.

Instructors: Cathy Oliveri and Joe Conklin, ASQ Section 509.

Ms. Oliveri is a Member of the ASQ with over 20 years experience in software and systems development. She has held quality related positions at IBM, the SAS Institute, and Lockheed Martin, and is currently the Program Manager and Lead Master Black Belt for LSS Training for the TSA.  She is a Master Black Belt, a Senior Member of the ASQ, and is certified by the ASQ as a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Software Quality Engineer, and a Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence.

Joseph D. Conklin is a mathematical statistician in Washington, D.C. He earned a master’s degree in statistics from Virginia Tech and is a senior member of ASQ. Conklin is an ASQ certified quality manager, quality engineer, quality auditor, reliability engineer, and Six Sigma black belt

Exam Registration:

To sit for the CSSBB Exam on October 6, you must register by August 17, 2012.  And to become certified you must submit an affidavit that you have completed one black belt project.  You can get additional information via the url below:
