Program Summary:
This
fun-filled presentation is about lean
communication. You will learn strategies
to use to reduce extraneous communication and
individualize the way you manage and influence
people. The presenters will explain how
to individualize communication and motivation
and will describe strategies you can use to
establish positive relationships within teams
to support quality and increase team
productivity and customer satisfaction.
Research shows that when employees get their
motivational needs met every day they perform
better, are more productive, and are more
willing to adopt quality principles and sustain
a culture of quality.
