Program Summary:
Often
organizations adapt a quick and infrequent
management review process. This can be lengthy,
cumbersome, and often results in reactive
management and can prohibit a true adoption of
quality and process. A well thought out
schedule and plan for management review
provides the ability to be proactive, capture
valuable metrics, and understand trends without
negatively impacting day-to-day
responsibilities. A strong management review
process will drive continual improvement,
reduce inefficiencies, improve customer
satisfaction, and ultimately increase revenue
growth.
