"Moving Mountains:  A Simple Baldrige Tool to Help You On Your Journey"

Presented by

Mr. Kirk Holmes

(President, Holmes and Associates)

Thursday, October 11, 2012
Washington DC Metro Headquarters at Gallery Place

Program: Frustrated with the status quo in your organization? Are you having trouble putting your finger on exactly why things donít get better?  We all have seen how organizations can act like a mountain made of jello. The mountain doesnít move as you push against it; it just absorbs and saps all your energy. Mr. Kirk Holmes will help you start your own personal journey of improvement using a simple tool taken from the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence framework. In the October and November sessions, you will be better equipped to make a difference in your own performance as a manager, as a leader, or simply as a catalyst for organizational change. This will be an informative, thought provoking, and useful session.  We hope to see you there.
