The Washington D.C. Section of American Society for Quality (ASQ) is initiating a program to match companies with declining auditing resources with professionally trained audit teams to supplement in-house personnel.

	Reap the benefits of having full scope audits such as gap analysis, pre-assessments or internal audits performed according to Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) standards.
	Obtain professionally trained resources in addition to or instead of your own in-house resources for conducting such audits.
	Identify non-compliant processes for correction before the costly registration or surveillance audit, without paying the costs of a full service consulting or auditing firm.
	Acquire an extremely thorough examination and provide the kind of results your company is looking for in process improvement.

The local section of ASQ has found a way to provide professionally trained audit teams at minimal cost to you. These auditors are members of ASQ and need to perform more audits to attain or maintain their certifications. These individuals typically work for large organizations that have no interest in the consulting or auditing business, and therefore they would be pleased to perform audits at no cost to the company being audited. Our audit teams will work under the direction of an RAB Lead Auditor from your organization or an independent RAB Lead Auditor engaged by you for this purpose. The Lead Auditor would be responsible for all activities, actions and results, and would certify the participation of the trained auditor team members.
