"Part II - Understanding and Implementing ISO-20000-1:2005"

Please join us at our next ISO 9000 Users Group Meeting on Wednesday, Jun  11th. 

ASQ Section 509, ISO 9000 Group members John Garten and Dennis Strother will  continue an outstanding discussion on “Understanding and Implementing ISO-20000-1:2005”.  This discussion refers to ITIL with a focus on the ISO-20K system being implemented.  Dennis presented the first portion of the presentation, John will present the second half of this informative two-part series.
