Dates: Course will run 6 weeks from January 18 – February 22. Actual dates: January 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22.

Instructor: Robert J. Scanlon, ASQ Section 509.
Mr. Scanlon is a recently elected Fellow Member of ASQ with over 40 years of experience in quality management. He has held quality-related positions with Caterpillar, Inc., Southern Pacific Railroad, the United States Postal Service, and the Transportation Security Administration. He is currently the Manager for Performance Management for the Transportation Security Administration. He holds ASQ Certifications as a Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. He has also served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for 14 years.

Required Material: From the Quality Council of Indiana – CMQ/OE Primer - $80, and CMQ/OE Solution Text - $35, plus shipping. They can reached via the internet at the following url: http://www.qualitycouncil.com/
Exam Registration:
To sit for the CMQ/OE Exam on March 1, 2014, you must register with ASQ National (www.asq.org) by January 10, 2014. There is also a late registration of January 15 (extra $50 fee is incurred for this).
