Chair - Suzanne Roberts

Suzanne Roberts is a Senior Business Consultant at NOVACES, LLC, and was previously a Navy Master Black Belt for the DON Office of Civilian HR, a Black Belt at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Quality Manager at LTSI, a logistics and transportation subsidiary of Northrop Grumman. She has been in Quality with Northrop Grumman and FedEx for more than ten years, and prior to that was in operations management for seven years at FedEx Express.  Her professional credentials include: CQA, CMQ/OE, and SSBB.

Chair-Elect - Kerry Higgins

Kerry Higgins is the Manager, Operational Excellence Order Service at Baltimore Aircoil Company. She is currently leading process improvement efforts for Customer Service and Product Applications. She has served on the Board of Examiners, Maryland Performance Excellence Award, and is certified by the Maryland World Class Consortia as a Lean Facilitator.  Kerry has a BS from Towson University and a MBA from Loyola College. She is an ISO9000 Lead Auditor, and is the Chair of the ISO9000 Users Group. Kerry is a CMQ/OE.

Treasurer – Herb Richardson

Herb Richardson is currently the Quality Assurance Representive at BAE Systems.  He is supervising the implementation of CMMI and ISO 9001:2000 thoughout the program.  Previously he was the Quality Manager of Engineering Systems Solutions, Inc, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business headquartered in Frederick, Maryland.  He spent 22+ years in the US Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarine program and has 15 years auditing experience.  Herb is also the Audit Division Policies and Procedures Chairman.  Herb is a CQA.

Secretary - Connie Morris

Constance Morris is currently a Quality Representative within the Quality Systems and Practice group at MedImmune, LLC.  She has 24 years of biotech / pharmaceutical experience, 14 of which has involved technical quality leadership in GXP Quality Assurance program development and continuous improvement.  Constance has acted as a Project Leader, Manager, and independent consultant in the Pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.  Her quality experience has also led to projects within the manufacturing, public utility, food, and structural engineering sectors.
