Stakeholders across an organization often have differing perceptions regarding the roles, responsibilities, and the key components for effective governance. The session will help you:
· Better understand board members’, executives’, and audits’ roles
· Recognize and address some common communication challenges
· Consider Frameworks for Governance, Risk Management and Cybersecurity such as COSO, NIST, Center for Internet Security, etc.
· Improve skills for managing both upwards and downwards
· Understand increased governance risks for global or highly decentralized organization
This session will also help you understand and communicate:
· What is Corporate Governance?
· What is IT Governance?
· How to help Executive Leadership understand IT Governance
