Program Summary

If leadership is an art, then Quality Leadership is and art gallery! As Quality professionals we are often asked to lead from the front, back, side, top, bottom, and points in between. With this, it is essential that we have a diverse array of tools in our box to be successful. Taking a lead from Robert Fulghum and his book �All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten�, this is an attempt at a thought provoking, and humorous walk through the landscape of leadership.
