The Project Management Institute (PMI®) Southern Maryland Chapter is pleased to offer a 4-day course at approximately 50% off the industry price, to prepare attendees for the PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) exam.
Additional Information about the course:
The objective of the course is to enhance the student’s ability to identify, clarify and prioritize project risks, determine how to plan the responses to threats, capitalize on opportunities faced by the project, and enhance your capability for effectively planning the project and protecting it by decreasing the time to respond to uncertainty.
Note: Materials will be handed out to students at the beginning of the first class on Mar. 20, 2016. Students are expected to have access to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Sixth Edition and the Practice Standard for Project Risk (free access via the web if you’re a PMI member).
