Program Summary:

The Baldrige National Quality Program is 20 years old this year.  As Baldrige prepares to begin its third decade, this talk will explore the historical underpinnings of the Program and its relationship to traditional quality systems and TQM.   It will also highlight and emphasize the themes of systems thinking, standardization, and continuous improvement that combine within the Baldrige Program to give it power, effectiveness, and relevance.  This presentation will provide new insights that may cause you to take another look at what you thought you already knew about this program to drive US competitiveness.
