The meeting will be held at Perot Systems Government Services (formerly QSS Group, Inc.), 4500 Forbes Blvd., Lanham, MD  20706.  The meeting will start at 5:30 pm. Attendees are invited to participate in the networking as well as the free pizza and soft drink portion of the meeting.  Advanced registration is not required.

Dr. Perich has been an elementary teacher and an elementary and secondary principal in Prince George's County, and Director of Elementary Schools in Carroll County.  He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, Hood College, and McDaniel College teaching courses in school law, organizational leadership, and research.  Currently, he is the director of continuous improvement and shared accountability with responsibilities in strategic planning, Baldrige implementation throughout Montgomery County Public Schools, and the supervision for the departments of applied research, testing, and program evaluation.
