Program Summary:

Six Sigma and Project Management:  A discussion of the similarities and differences between the Six Sigma Black Belt BOK and the Project Management BOK.  The nuts and bolts that Black Belts need to learn from PMPs (Project Management Professionals) and pros and cons that PMPs need to learn from Black Belts.  The result is an effective lean management of a Project.  Those who are neither will hopefully learn methods of dealing with these almost ubiquitous specialists.
