TEQCORNER
1616 Anderson Road
Center Conference Room (3rd Floor)
McLean, Virginia  22102

When
Nov 28, 2007    6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

If you've been waiting for the right time to attend a Six Sigma SIG Meeting, this is THE ONE.  You are cordially invited to a Very Special November Six Sigma Meeting -- it's the LAST meeting in 2007 and the FIRST birthday of the SIG.  To mark the occasion, we've made arrangements for a Special Cake (hint: think tropical fruits), Hors d'Oeuvres (hint: it's not pizza) and a Surprise (hint: involves fire).

We listened to your feedback and have invited a speaker who will not only present about Six Sigma tools, but also show you how to apply them.  By the end of the meeting, you will have had an opportunity to create a Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) Tree of your business.  Other Six Sigma tools open to discussion include Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Ishikawa ( a.k.a. Fishbone) Diagram and Voice-of-Customer (VOC) techniques.

More Quality, Less Lawsuits

Presented by

Mr. David J. Biss

President/Founder, Automotive Safety Analysis (ASA) Corporation

Wednesday, November 28, 2007 (the week after Thanksgiving)

6:00-8:30pm

at TEQCORNER

Six Sigma is applied across a broad spectrum of industries.  Past SIG speakers have demonstrated it in Government Services, Healthcare and New Product Development this month: Automotive Safety.

Come to understand how safer and better vehicles (high Quality) translate to more satisfied consumers and fewer lawsuits (low Liability Exposure).  This causal connection can be extrapolated to almost any industry including yours.

The format is part presentation part workshop.  You will be afforded an opportunity to create a Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) Tree for your business as the speaker walks you through how he applied key Six Sigma tools such as the CTQ Tree, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Ishikawa (a.k.a. Fishbone) Diagram and Voice-of-Customer (VOC) techniques.

If youve been waiting for the right time to attend an ASQ Six Sigma SIG meeting, this is THE ONE.
