Facilitator: Kerry Higgins, Corporate Lean/Quality Leader

Ms. Kerry Higgins is the Quality/Continuous Improvement Team Leader at Baltimore Aircoil Company.  She received certification as a "Lean Facilitator Level I" from the Maryland World Class Manufacturing Consortium April 2007.  She earned an MBA from Loyola in December 2006, and served on the Board of Examiners, Maryland Performance Excellence Award in 2006 & 2007.  Ms. Higgins is a member of ASQ, Toastmasters International, and the Project Management Institute.
