Program Description: Bringing the widely accepted ISO 9001:2000 quality management advantage to the quantitative analysis practices of Six Sigma transformational methods. This approach has two major advantages. One, the focus is on the processes which act as the source of the measures, thereby accelerating the application of identified process improvements in a business performance context. Second, the results are tied to business operations, providing relevancy to enterprise leadership when asked to approve change initiatives.
