Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Refresher Course
This course is designed for quality professionals who want to prepare for the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam administered by the American Society for Quality.

Dates: Six consecutive Saturdays. September 6, 13, 20, 27 and October 4, 11.
Time: 8:00 am – Noon.
Instructors: Robert Scanlon and Cathy Oliveri, ASQ Section 509.
Tuition: $325 payable to ASQ 509, which is offering the course.
Course Materials: We will be using certification materials from the Quality Council of Indiana. Required materials for the course are:
1. The CSSBB Primer - $75
2. The CSSBB Solutions Text - $35
Optional materials: CSSBB Electronic Exam - $70
Note: Costs do not include tax, shipping and handling.

ASQ CSSBB Exam Information:
Dates: Exam date is Saturday, October 18. Application deadline is August 22.
Location: Exam location is in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC. Applicants will be notified of location and time by National ASQ.
Exam Application: Application for the exam is done directly with National ASQ (http://www.asq.org/certification/six-sigma/index.html).
CSSBB Exam Cost: $420 for non-members, $260 for members. Join ASQ and save! Exam applicants are responsible for meeting ASQ’s certification requirements.
