Former Deputy Under Secretary of the Army (Business Transformation)

The distinguished Michael Kirby will talk about the Business Transformation effort in the US Army as an example of the type of change a large government enterprise can make. In addition, Mr. Kirby will also discuss the future of transformation efforts in government and highlight the lead role played by Lean Six Sigma in fostering and sustaining change. He is currently employed by BearingPoint, Management and Technology consultants, focusing on transformation opportunities throughout the public sector.
