Program Summary:

In this presentation, the speaker will cover the process ASQ uses to construct certification exams that meet test specifications and accepted assessment standards. She will also cover benefits of certification, exam preparation strategies, and ways members can get involved in the exam development process. We will have a Q&A at the end to address any questions members or non-members may have about the exams and/or exam process. So bring in your questions and that of your colleagues.

Speaker Biography:  Suzanne Roberts

Suzanne Roberts is a Senior Business Consultant at NOVACES, LLC, and was previously a Navy Master Black Belt for the DON Office of Civilian HR, a Black Belt at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Quality Manager at LTSI, a logistics and transportation subsidiary of Northrop Grumman. She has been in Quality with Novaces, Northrop Grumman and FedEx Express for more than fifteen years, and prior to that was in operations management at FedEx Express.  Her professional credentials include: CQA, CMQ/OE, and SSBB.  Suzanne has participated in the Exam Review process for ASQ National and plans to participate in the CMQ/OE Constructed Response Grading Workshop this year.

Suzanne currently serves as ASQ Section 509's Chair-Elect.
