How is your organization doing?  How do you measure success?  What kinds of information do you use to make this determination?   What types of decisions are made for improvements?  Come and learn what the intent of “Management Reviews” has in an ISO9001-based quality management system.  Share your organization’s best practices and lessons learned for reviewing organizational performance in this open discussion meeting format.

Speaker Biography - Alan Lane:

Mr. Lane is currently the Internal Quality Audit Manager for the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physic Laboratory.  The Applied Physics Laboratory is a not-for-profit center for engineering, research, and development. APL is a division of one of the world's premier research universities, Johns Hopkins.  During his 20 year quality career, Mr. Lane has served in various roles including those of Management Representative, Corporate QA Manager, QMS Coordinator, Quality Analyst and Lead Auditor.  Mr. Lane is currently a senior member of ASQ and Section 509’s webmaster.  Mr. Lane is an ASQ certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Auditor, and Six Sigma Green Belt.  His is an AS9100 Lead Auditor.
