Presentation: Lean Six Sigma, an important methodology to simplify and optimize. But, how do we allow ourselves and organizations to get to the point where it’s needed? It’s often beneficial to understand the past to fully understand the present. This session explores the path many organizations follow towards process standardization and continuous improvement and the patterns and dynamics of behavior, influence, and decisions that are often exhibited. Mr. Perez will facilitate the group in a discussion that looks back to the past to learn to take a more unbiased look at the present and to understand how one might create leaner starts in the future.

With over 25 years of work experience, he has worked the entire product development life cycle and held numerous management and engineering positions on such high visibility programs as the B2 Stealth Bomber; NASA Space Shuttle; and National Missile Defense.
