Dates:  Course will run 4 weeks from October 29 � November 19.  Actual dates October 29, November 5, 12, 19.  (Class will end before Thanksgiving week).  The Certification Exam will be held on Saturday, December 3.  

Exam Registration

Mr. Scanlon has over 35 years experience in quality management.  He has held quality positions with Caterpillar (17 years), Southern Pacific Railroad (4 years), the US Postal Service (7 years), and the Transportation Security Administration (8 years) where he currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager, Operational Process & Performance Metrics.  He is a recently elected Fellow Member of ASQ, past Section Chair, and holds ASQ Certifications as a Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt.  He is currently serving his 13th year as a Member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
