Program Summary:  We know that ISO 9001 is focused on delivering quality products/services to achieve customer satisfaction.  But, are there parts of your organization that reside "outside" of your ISO 9001-based quality management system?  Why do organizations do this?  Is this "set-up" effective or does it present problems for your organization?  How does your 3rd party registrar treat these "boundaries" during their audits?  Join us for a round-table discussion as we explore the pros and cons of implementing a holistic QMS for the entire organization.
