WHAT:

In this fun-filled session participants will learn how to establish positive relationships with everyone; reduce distress and create a healthy work environment; improve their communication with everyone; and influence others to want to establish a Lean Six Sigma culture.  The strategies have been applied successfully worldwide in corporations, healthcare facilities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, service organizations, and in education. Specific examples will be discussed.
