Program: Mr. James Toney will summarize the Baldrige criteria and the Baldrige examination process, with special emphasis on lessons learned from being a Baldrige Examiner and how one can use those lessons in the workplace for non-Baldrige tasks.  Or to put it another way, �What I learned from Baldrige and how I use it in everyday work�. 

Speaker Biography: Mr. Toney is an independent consultant supporting a number of Federal Aviation Administration clients in the area of aviation safety and other federal clients in the areas of quality and risk management.   Jim has experienced 14 Baldrige application review cycles, including serving as an Assistant Team Lead, Team Lead, and has been on five site visits.  He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, a RAB/QSA certified ISO 9001:2000 Auditor, and a voting member of the ASQ ISO Technical Advisory Group 176 � Quality Management.
