Program Summary:
Looking through the chain of events leading to our current ISO 9001 Standard, a significant pattern emerges that is still apparent in most industries and organizations today. The organizations roads to a mature Quality Management System seem to pause at all the same locations. As the industries techniques mature, the organizational systems develop from extrinsically focused ambitions into intrinsically motivated realities. Understanding this pattern may allow organizational leaders to predict pauses in the maturity of their management system and advance quality in areas stuck in stagnant improvement.
Join us for a motivating presentation, followed by round-table discussion, as we explore the patterns and next steps in our own organizations.
