CANCELLED: Moving Mountains Part II: An Analysis of Member Challenges and Paths Forward"
Presented by
Mr. Kirk Holmes
(President, Holmes and Associates)
Thursday, November 8, 2012
Washington DC Metro Headquarters at Gallery Place
Program: We are moving beyond theory in a major way this month as we discuss the application of the Baldrige concepts to our everyday lives moving the mountains of organizational resistance or dysfunction that so many of us face. Last month, attendees filled out a self-assessment from the Baldrige Performance Excellence Award Criteria. This month, well use those results to look for common challenges that many of us face and examine how the Baldrige Criteria might help people in their jobs and in their organizations. How different are your challenges from other attendees? Are you more concerned about Leadership than everyone else? Is there anything you can do about it? What about your organizations ability to develop and execute strategic plans? How in touch with your internal or external customers is your organization?
