DESCRIPTION:

A significant portion of a business� ability to achieve its strategic priorities is a function of how well its business processes perform. To execute on strategy, MedImmune is learning how to actively leverage its business process architecture to assure its processes are operating at levels sufficient to meet the requirements imposed by its strategy.

SPEAKER BIO:

Victor is a Director in MedImmune�s Operations Excellence organization and is responsible for enterprise-wide deployment and operation of MedImmune�s Business Process Management systems. Prior to MedImmune, Victor held a variety of positions leading and advising on large-scale strategy, business process management, OPEX and Lean Six Sigma program deployments throughout the life sciences, fast-moving consumer goods, financial services and energy sectors. Victor is published extensively on the topic of business process management, strategy and innovation.
