"Strategic Planning: Diving Into The Details"
(Organizational Improvement Analysis, Alexandria Public Schools)
Thursday, May 9, 2013
Washington DC Metro Headquarters at Gallery Place
Program Summary: Lets look at strategic planning in depth and detail. Where do we start? The vision, mission and core values of an organization should drive the strategic plan. What if they dont? How do we reconnect the process? How do we make sure the strategic plan becomes a working document that is monitored and regularly revised, according to the Plan-Do-Study-Act model? This presentation is designed to be interactive and to have participants share their experiences with the strategic planning process, including specific tools and templates that were successfully implemented.
