We'll review the purupose, fundamentals, and benefits of an effective QMS and the eight Quality Management Principles.
In addition, we'll discuss the ISO 9000 series of standards, the key clauses and requirements of ISO 9001:2008, the typical assessement process, and steps to registering to ISO 9001:2008.
Speaker Biography: Niisha Gordon has 8 years experience as consultant and account manager in compliance and regulation and is currently an Account Manager with BSI. In her current role she works with more than 300 organizations throughout VA, DC, MD, DE, PA, MA and CT helping them improve their quality management systems.
