Program Summary: Lets say your organization has developed a strategic plan, aligned to the vision and mission, created action plans, and implementation is underway. How do you keep this train going on the right track? What is your process for monitoring and shifting direction if necessary? What do you do if you derail? How do you build a system where every person knows their role and is held accountable?
These are tough challenges for any manager. As a group, we will use The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (specifically 2.2 a), and use them as a guide for implementing your strategic plan in a way that creates value for your customers, employees, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. Join us for a spirited discussion using examples from your own organizations or from the Collin Technologies case study.*
