Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Refresher Course  

ASQ Section 509 is pleased to offer a refresher course for quality professionals who want to prepare for the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam administered semiannually by the American Society for Quality.  The course will review areas of the CSSBB Body of Knowledge.  Students will be given sample exam questions to help identify topic areas of concentration in preparation for the exam. The course will review levels of cognition and their use in defining the intended complexity of multiple choice test questions.

When: Saturday mornings from 8am to Noon.   

Date: Course will run 6 weeks from August 17 - September 28.  Actual dates August 17, 24, September 7, 14, 21, 28.  (note � no class on August 31 due to Labor Day Weekend))  

Location: Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville, Maryland 20850

Campus Location: South Instructional Building, Classroom to be announced.

Ms. Oliveri is a Member of the ASQ with over 20 years experience in software and systems development. She has held quality related positions at IBM, the SAS Institute, and Lockheed Martin, and is currently the Program Manager and Lead Master Black Belt for LSS Training for the TSA.  She is a Master Black Belt, a Senior Member of the ASQ, and is certified by the ASQ as a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Software Quality Engineer, and a Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence.

Exam Registration:
