Presentation Overview: Team Acceleration and Interaction Planning Workshop"
Many organizations ignore or under-estimate the impact interaction has on speeding up or slowing down results. 3Circle Parters has developed an intense, highly interactive process using a phased approach to improve collaboration and interaction. The intent of this workshop is to address how to assess team interaction and introduce positive change. Through the phases of Discovery, Development, Implementation and Integration, the speaker will discuss how to provide the foundation for a realistic and integrated plan to improve effectiveness for individuals and teams resulting in faster, higher quality decision making and results. This approach is focused on introducing change at the team level, as this type of change typically takes hold more rapidly and lasts longer. The approach that will be highlighted in the workshop is based on years of scientific research as well as the Belbin Methodology. Additionally, the workshop will include a team mapping sessions, access to the survey after the meeting, interactive discussion, and time for Q&A.

Consider bringing in your entire team so that you can apply these methods! The workshop will be interactive and result oriented.
