Course Materials: We will be using certification materials from the Quality Council of Indiana (http://www.qualitycouncil.com/CSSGB.html). Please bring the required materials to the first class session:
Pre-Class Work: Students need to complete the reading and answer the questions in sections I, II, and III of the Primer before the first class meeting. With only four class sessions it is important to complete the reading ahead of time and come prepared to ask questions.
Course Approach: We'll begin by reviewing the list of topics in the CSSGB Body of Knowledge and the level at which each topic will be tested.
