Mr. Jones has twenty years’ experience in broadcast communications and thirteen years in US intelligence media communications while practicing performance excellence and process improvement strategies over the last nine years.  He specializes in training and leading improvement teams in problem solving, performance excellence, process mapping, designing, and re-engineering process workflows and implementation.

Mr. Jones has a Master Six Sigma Black Belt, from Villanova University; he is a National and Maryland State Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Examiner, and an ASQ Regional Judge in organizational process improvement methodologies.
