SPEAKER BIO:

Cary Bryczek has more than two decades of process and systems engineering work in commercial and defense sectors. She has developed a sharp eye for how organizations get mired with inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication — and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization. As a solutions architect she helps organizations set priorities and create innovative processes using modern tools and data architectures to help them compete in the marketplace or meet mission objectives.

Her clients have ranged from defense agencies like the US Army, giant consulting companies like Deloitte, to small business retail shops ranging in size from 10 employees to thousands.
